We currently offer delivery across most major cities and towns in India. For remote or out-of-service areas, our team will coordinate alternate shipping arrangements where feasible.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on some orders across India.

  • For bulk or special items (e.g., oversized furniture, customized mattresses), additional delivery or handling charges may apply and will be clearly communicated at checkout or during order confirmation.

  • Any applicable charges will be displayed before payment confirmation.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Products: 2-7 business days (depending on your location)

  • Customized Products: 5-10 business days (depending on product type and customization level)

  • Bulk/Institutional Orders: Timelines will be provided post order confirmation based on volume and destination.

Our logistics partners strive for timely delivery, and you will be notified via email/SMS once your product is dispatched, along with tracking details.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link. You can also track your order status in the Track order section of your account dashboard on our website.

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

6. Receiving Your Order

Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. In case of any visible damage, tampering, or incorrect item:

7. Installation Support
