Maintain a regular sleep routine. (Wake up and bed timing)
Avoid daytime naps to prevent insomnia and sleep deprivation.
Avoid screens and gadgets. The blue light from the screen can actually adversely affect your circadian rhythm.
Avoid inappropriate substances that interfere with sleep.(Cigarette, Alcohol, OTC drugs)
