Cancellation And Refund Policy – Mattress

• Order cancelled within 6 hours of order placed will be provided with 90% refund.
• Order cancelled after 6 hours and within 24 hours  of order placed will be provided with 50% refund.
• Order cancelled after 24 hours of order placed will not be provided any refund 

Refund Timeline

Once your return or cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

• Minimum Refund Time: 7 business days

• Maximum Refund Time: 14 business days

The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment (credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.). Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the credit to reflect in your account.
